Hannah was born in Powell River and raised
in Campbell River for most of her life, so she knows the west coast. Having worked in the local real estate industry for over 8 years, she is thrilled to connect with any new friends, clients and referral partners. Hannah has a passion for helping first time home buyers navigate this challenging market and making their dreams of homeownership come true! She will go above and beyond to ensure that your real estate deal goes through as smoothly as possible. Because she has been in the business for some time, Hannah has some great connections from mortgage brokers to conveyancers, and everywhere in between! Jennifer wears many
hats from design services, website development, videography, community event coordination and more. She brings to the team over a decade of small business ownership, an educational background in business management and environmental sciences, and a passion for entrepreneurship. She is driven by sharing knowledge and helping other businesses succeed. She enjoys putting her creativity to use with branding services and designs through her personal company The Wildling VA. When she isn’t behind the screen, Jennifer can be found teaching fitness and dance classes, on the backroads chasing wildlife to photograph or eating sushi with her loved ones.

Shannon Marin
Shannon became a homeowner at the age of 19 and fell in love with the process of buying real estate. By the time she was 30 she had bought and sold a few homes and by 2003 she was actively investing in real estate rentals. It had become such a passion that in 2004 her full time real estate career began as a Licensed Agent working with the Royal Lepage brand. As business quickly grew she went from being a solo agent to a small team as administrators, marketers and realtors were added to support the business. This is how the Marin Marketing Team was born! As the world changed, so did Shannon and the team, parting ways with the old fashioned Real Estate franchise model and aligning with the forward-thinking eXp Realty. The model eXp Realty provides allowed the team to grow beyond the geographical limitations of Vancouver Island and create a new secondary brand called Luxx Life Global. While Shannon is very much still hands on in the Vancouver Island Business, she is now serving buyers and sellers all throughout Mexico and working on expanding teams in Mexico and Arizona. On the personal side Shannon is passionate about helping other people, animals and communities, and notes giving back as a strong core value. She believes that fun and health go hand in hand and spends a lot of time hiking, swimming, kayaking , camping, and other outdoor activities, and when not on Vancouver Island she can be found riding through the Arizona desert or camping on a beach in Mexico with the love of her life Brent. Shannon values that her family ties are close with two step-children, her parents, and brother all living in Campbell River, and mother-in-law in Penticton where she often visits.
