This week on Vancouver Island Vision, we are visiting Frank James Park. This park packs a lot of activity into a small footprint. Home to the renowned annual Transformations on the Shore chainsaw carving competition, the park draws thousands of visitors to watch chainsaw artists create masterpieces from logs.
