This week’s What’s Happening Wednesday is all about the Vancouver Island Real Estate Market. We have had a very busy week here on Vancouver Island. Although we have been working a lot in Campbell River, all regions seem to be very busy right now – houses are flying off the market. We listed a home on Monday which received multiple offers leading to an accepted offer over asking! It seems no matter where on the market you are – lower, higher or investments – we know buyers.
