In Campbell River, there are 46 new single-family homes for the region. That makes 139 homes available, currently. January seen 9 sales for an average sale price of $438,044.

In Nanaimo, there have been 111 new single-family homes come up which means 288 homes currently on market. Nanaimo seen 32 sales for January with an average sale price of $574,767.
