March 2020 Market Update

Despite what is going on in the world, the market has still been fairly busy, and we have the March 2020 market update ready for you. There are a lot of buyers in the market as we are seeing many sales with multiple offers.

In Campbell River, we have 159 single family homes on the market. In the month of March, we seen 27 homes that sold and an average sale price of $510,766.

Nanaimo currently has 368 single family homes on the market. Over the month of March, Nanaimo seen 42 houses sold with an average sale price at $704,529.
