This weeks Community Update, Shannon visits Rotary Beach on the sea walk in Campbell River to talk about storm watching in our community. The storm displayed heavy winds and beautiful white caps on the ocean. The sea walk is just over 6 kms in length with great shops and restaurants along the way. The sea walk also hosts the wood carvings in the summer and displays the 50th parallel sign. Many people use the sea walk year-round for walking, biking, etc., and is pet friendly. All around, this strip along the ocean is a great place to spend your time!
